Most items are one of a kind or available in limited quantities. Our prices can be viewed in both Canadian and U.S. dollars. The USD prices on our web site are to provide an indication of pricing only. At the time of purchase, current exchange rates will apply.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

We do not use Malware Scanning.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:
• Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.
• Send you additional information related to your product and/or service
• Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.

All items are guaranteed authentic and as described. If, for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any item ordered through the mail or if there's an error with your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received, along with all certificates, etc., together with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt. We do not take returns after 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
We refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
Please note, we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs to items prior to their arrival at our facility. Please ensure your items are securely packaged for their return.
Local pick up at store location in Saguenay, Quebec, Canada is also provided. You will be contacted by email within 2-3 business days when your order is ready for pick up. Please do not come in until you receive this email. If you want to pay for the order when you pick up, please click the Pay by Cheque option on the checkout page.
Canadian sales tax is applicable only to orders shipped to a Canadian address. Most pure silver and pure gold items are Tax Exempt, regardless of the shipping destination. Taxes for individual provinces and territories are as follows: AB: 5%, BC 5%, MB 5%, NB 13%, NF 13%, NT 5%, NS 15%, NU 5%, ON 13%, PEI 14%, QC 5%, SK 5% and YT 5%.
Please note, if an item is Tax Exempt, this will be noted on your order before checking out.
Canadian sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses outside Canada. For shipments to the U.S.A. or for other International shipments, duties and/or brokerage charges may apply at your destination.
